What We Did
Faizal identified three off-market full-floor residences through owner relationships, prepared full building dossiers for each, and organised a single viewing day covering all three. A detailed comparison was provided the following morning. The client selected within 48 hours.
Outcome
Lease signed within 6 weeks of first contact. Three years of ongoing coordinator support. Client renewed for a further two years, with Anggun managing the negotiation at a rate 8% below the owner's opening position. No viewings required at renewal.

Challenge
A family of five returning from a decade in Singapore. Two children in international schooling, one in a national school. The parents had fixed views on area — Bangsar South or immediate surrounds — and specific requirements around prayer facilities and halal food proximity.
What We Did
Hui Xin mapped school catchments alongside shortlisted properties, filtered for buildings with dedicated prayer rooms, and provided walking-distance assessments of nearby facilities. Three viewings over two days. Utility transfers, internet provisioning and initial setup coordinated remotely before the family arrived.
Outcome
Family settled in their chosen residence within four weeks of engaging Anggun. All school enrolments confirmed in parallel. The father estimated the advisory engagement saved the family approximately 120 hours of personal search and administrative time. Currently in year two of an 18-month lease.

What We Did
